• Account Level:
• Date of account creation:
• Last login date:
• Last device used and OS:
• Country/Region:
• Remaining Visiore:
• Name of two strongest or maxed out units:
• Transaction IDs of your latest in-game purchases:

Please note that the following conditions take effect after the account removal is complete.
• The Game Account will no longer be available and cannot be used.
• The Game Account can no longer be requested to be recovered.
• All SNS linkage (any binding option accounts that you had used to link to your account) will be invalidated.
• A game account's in-app purchase history and inquiry history are not deleted even after the game account's removal.
• Lastly, any remaining paid and free Visiore in your game account will no longer be accessible.
By sending this account removal request to us, you agree with the conditions above. Once we have this information, we will be escalating this to the relevant team for their review.
