Equipment Proficiency

Equipment Proficiency is a ranking that depends on how long a unit has been using that particular weapon, armor, or accessory.
Equipment Proficiency increases by performing attacks and Abilities while the items are equipped during Quests.
When a unit reaches the appropriate Equipment Proficiency level with an equipment item, the item's stats are boosted to their max levels when equipped.

*Equipment Proficiency will not increase for units that did not get their turn or did not perform actions other than moving.
*If you use a Skip Ticket to complete a Quest, Equipment Proficiency will increase based on the number of clears regardless of how battle plays out.
*Equipment items can be equipped even if they have not reached the right proficiency.
