There may be some problems with the game related to your device’s memory, specs, or corrupted data.

■ Close any other apps currently running.
Close any browsers or background applications that are currently open and restart the game.
■ Restart your device.
■ Check your connection, or move to a place with a better connection.
*Please avoid playing in areas with a poor or unstable connection, such as in areas where connections may be congested.
*Please confirm that your connectivity has not been otherwise slowed down.
■ Change your graphics settings to “Low”.
*Graphics settings, found within the Options menu, can be used to reduce and improve processing of the game.
■ Re-download the game.
Try re-downloading the app with Re-Download on the Options menu.
This may replace any corrupt data on your device and improve how the game runs.
*We recommend commencing the download with a WiFi connection as the amount of data downloaded may be quite large.
*This will not reset your personal play data.
■ Perform a Batch Download.
Try performing a batch download from the Options menu.
This will download necessary data at one time and may improve app performance.
*We recommend commencing the download with a WiFi connection as the amount of data downloaded may be quite large.
■ Uninstall (delete) and then reinstall the game.
*Please make sure you back up your data before attempting this method.
*Uninstalling will delete all of your data, including any paid items you have purchased.
*Formation Templates and option settings are reset when carrying over data with Data Transfer.
