There may be some problems with the game related to your device's memory, specs, or if there is any corrupt data. If the problem persists, please try the following:

• Restart your device.
• Check your connection, or move to a place with a better connection.
*Please avoid playing in areas with a poor connection, or with an unstable connection due to a high volume of users.
*Please confirm that your connectivity has not been otherwise slowed down.
• Change your graphic settings to Low.
*Graphic settings, found within the Options menu, can be used to reduce and improve processing of the game.
• Re-download the game.
Re-downloading the game from the Options menu may replace any corrupted data on your device and improve how the game runs.
*The download may take a while depending on your connection. We recommend downloading on a WiFi connection.
*This will not reset your personal play data.
• Perform a Batch Download.
Performing a batch download from the options menu will download any data you are missing and may improve how the game runs.

• Uninstall (delete) and then re-install the game.
*Please make sure you back up your data before attempting this method.
*If you have not bound your account to either your Facebook, Apple, or Google account, uninstalling will delete all of your data, including any paid items that you have purchased.
