It may take some time before the Visiore you purchased shows up in the game. Please check again after waiting for a bit, making sure you are somewhere with a stable connection, or perhaps restarting the application.

It may take over one day for purchases to finish being processed. If your purchases are not shown as completed in your purchase history in the App store, please contact Apple.
[Android (Google Play Store)]
(1) Please check that your purchase is shown as completed in your Google Play purchase history.
(2) Try deleting the cache for the Google Play Store app on your device.
(3) If the purchase is listed as completed, try restarting your device.
(4) Check to see if your purchased Visiore appears in the game.
[Android (Amazon App Store)]
Please wait at least one hour, then restart your device and try again. If your purchases are still not shown as completed, please contact the customer service representatives of the marketplace from which you downloaded the app.
**Caution** Attempting to make the same purchase several times before it appears in your history may result in several separate purchases.

• Transaction ID/order ID of your purchase
• User code
• Date and time of your purchase
• Country
• Name of the Pack
• Amount spent
• Screenshot of receipt if available
