Personalized Ads

Personalized Ads will not be shown to users from these categories:
1. Users who indicate that they are under 16 years old during account creation.
2. Users who indicate that they are over 16 years old and select Non-Personalized Ads during account creation.
3. Users who selected Personalized Ads during account creation but later select Non-Personalized Ads from the Home screen > Menu > Options
