What types of abilities are there?

Abilities vary depending on a unit's Ability Board. JP is used to unlock panels and enhance the Ability Board.

Enhancing the Ability Board will help a unit to deal more damage, use more effective abilities, and even boost the infliction rate of status ailments.

Awakening a unit or raising its Job Lv. will unlock more abilities. If the right conditions are met and your JP is sufficient, you may unlock the entire route that will lead you to the ability you want.

*JP can be acquired by completing Quests or via the Guild Barracks.

Setting an Ability
Once an ability is learned, you can set it by going to the Ability Set option under Unit > Ability.

You can set the following:

• Main Command
• Sub Command
• Support Ability
• Reaction Ability
• Other

*Main Commands cannot be changed.
*You can check the ability effect by tapping and holding the icon.
