Why did my Visiore go missing after I changed my device?

If Visiore you purchased does not appear in the game, please first consider the following:

・Data transfer to a device on a different platform was recently performed
*Paid and Free Visiore held on your previous device cannot be transferred to your new one.

・You may have performed a Summon where you did not have enough Free and/or Ordinary Visiore.
*When consuming Visiore, Free Visiore will be consumed first, followed by Ordinary Visiore, then Paid Visiore.
