To check the current status of your on-going Offer Wall tasks, follow these steps:
1.) Access Offer Wall in the game by clicking on the "Summon for Visiore" icon from Home screen, followed by the "Offer Wall" icon.
2.) Click the "In Progress" tab to see a list of Rewards in Progress.
3.) Click on the specific reward that you would like to inquire about from the list.
4.) Click the "Missing Visiore?" link at the bottom to check the status.
Pending or Rejected Status:
If the status of your task is "PENDING" or "REJECTED," please send a support ticket to ironSource by clicking on the "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the "Missing Visiore" screen.
If you have yet to contact ironSource regarding this issue, please send a support ticket to the ironSource team via the following steps:
1.) Access Offer Wall in the game by clicking on the "Summon for Visiore" icon from Home screen, followed by the "Offer Wall" icon.
2.) Click the "In Progress" tab to see a list of Rewards in Progress.
3.) Click on the specific reward that you would like to inquire about from the list.
4.) Click the "Missing Visiore?" link at the bottom to check the status.
5.) Click the "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the "Missing Visiore" screen.

Completed Status:
If the status of your task is "COMPLETED" and you have not receive the rewards, please contact our customer support and send us a screenshot of the task and its status.
**The rewards of any on-going Offer Wall tasks that were accepted previously will be sent directly to your in-game Present box upon completion.
Note: The number of tasks available will vary depending on the region set and platform (iOS, Android, or Amazon).
