In alignment with the end of service for WAR OF THE VISIONS FINAL FANTASY BRAVE EXVIUS, we will be issuing refunds for unused Paid Visiore held by players.
After confirming the Precautions, please enter the relevant information required in Application Form ①.
●Refund Request Period
00:00, 4/30/2025 – 23:59, 5/29/2025, World Time (PST) / 17:00, 4/30/2025 – 16:59, 5/30/2025 KST
Kindly understand that refunds will not be given for requests made outside of the specified period.
●Refund Rate
Paid Visiore that is unused at the time of end of service (23:59, 5/29/2025, World Time (PST) / 16:59, 5/30/2025 KST) will be refunded at the rate of 1 Paid Visiore = 25 South Korean won.
You can confirm your Paid Visiore balance in-game by checking Menu > Visiore Details.
●How to Request a Refund
Please follow the steps detailed below.
Step 1: After confirming the Precautions, fill out all of the necessary information in Application Form ① via the link at the bottom of the page.
Step 2: For those who are deemed eligible for a refund: A URL for Application Form ② will be sent to the email address registered with customer support. Please fill in the additional information required.
Step 3: A Request Complete email will be sent to you once the process has been completed.
●Refund Method
Once the prescribed process has been completed, a refund in South Korean won based on your amount of unused Paid Visiore will be transferred to your designated bank account by SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD.
Refunds will be made sequentially from 00:00, 6/2/2025, World Time (PST) / 17:00, 6/2/2025 KST, so we ask for your patience and understanding during this process.
*Bank transfer fees will be covered by SQUARE ENIX.
●Precautions
・Refunds are applicable only for those who are living in South Korea and made their purchases using South Korean won.
・Refunds are for purchased Paid Visiore, as per the in-game Menu > Visiore Details.
Free Visiore acquired through bonuses etc. are not applicable.
・Refunds will not be given for refund requests made outside of the specified period, for requests made through channels other than the one specified in the aforementioned "How to Request a Refund," or to players whose game data does not have any unused Paid Visiore. Thank you for your understanding.
・Step 1 must be completed within the Refund Request Period.
・The URL for Application Form ② cannot be sent if the information entered in Step 1 is incorrect. Thank you for your understanding.
・The deadline for Step 2 is 23:59, 6/5/2025, World Time (PST) / 16:59, 6/6/2025 KST. Refund requests that are not completed before the deadline will automatically be cancelled.
・Completing Step 3 will finalize your refund request. We ask that players confirm for themselves that they have received the Request Complete email after making their refund request.
・If you spend your Paid Visiore in-game and reduce your Paid Visiore balance to zero after receiving the Request Complete email, we will not be able to provide you with any refund.
・After the Request Complete email is sent to you, if there are any issues in the information provided or anything preventing a refund transfer from being made, we may seek clarification with you via the email address or phone number provided at the time of request.
・If you cannot be contacted or do not respond to us within the required time period, your refund request will be automatically canceled.
・Please ensure that your settings allow you to receive emails from the wotvffbe.com domain.
・Please note that there are certain banks to which we are unable to make transfers. (Kakao Bank, etc.)
